Robert A. Johnson, CPA MBA

Robert Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant that enjoys helping clients by guiding them through difficult situations and explaining complicated tax regulations. He is proficient in individual, estate, auditing, cost accounting, and trust taxation.

Bob has been an active part of the local community as a member of the Bridgeport Rotary Club. He has also served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of the Milford-Orange YMCA and St. Mary’s School PTO. In addition, Bob is a musician that performs with the Connecticut Symphonic Winds and Counterpoint Dance Band as a trombonist.   

Bob received his Certified Public Account license in 1976, while working with Nestor, Sarka and Schurman CPAs in Bridgeport. He became partner in 1981. The firm was renamed Nestor, Johnson and Clayton CPAs LLP in 1983. In 2001, he established his own firm in Milford. After 17 years on his own, he is eager to be part of the Accounting and Consulting Group.

Bob holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and MBA from the University of Bridgeport.
