Ongoing IRS Issues

Have you experienced any of the following issues with the IRS?

1. You have not received your tax refund for the year 2019 or 2020 
2. You have paid the IRS what you owed and they may have even cashed your check but you are receiving notices from them with penalties and interest accruing for not paying.
3. We have written to the IRS on your behalf and the issue is still not resolved.

If any of this is happening to you be assured, you are not alone. IRS employees are working from home or not working at all. They are in the process of hiring 80,000 new employees due to their huge staffing shortage. They have trailer trucks filled with millions of unopened mail. They tell us to be patient and they will catch up.  We don’t see that happening very soon.

We are always here to help you with these problems. However, the above issues and many others like them are almost impossible to resolve given the current condition of the IRS. The IRS tells us to be patient so we need to ask you to be patient as well.
